Animal Sciences

Welcome to Animal Sciences

  • Teacher weighs animal at livestock show
  • A goat
  • Two students holding chickens

Our Animal Sciences program provides students with the opportunity to explore their passion for agriculture, animal care, and leadership. Through this program, students can participate in the Future Farmers of America organization, where they develop valuable skills in teamwork, responsibility, and communication.

Students also have the chance to showcase their hard work by competing in livestock shows at both the local and regional levels. Whether raising and showing animals, learning about animal science, or developing leadership skills, this program prepares students for a bright future in agriculture and beyond.
