Summer Meals for Kids

Our children need nutritious meals to learn, grown and thrive – even when school is out. With the Summer Food Service Program, children and teens age 18 and younger can continue to eat healthy throughout the summer at no cost, just by showing up at a participating meal site.

The summer meal program will start on June 1, 2016 and a menu can be view by clicking here.

Multiple locations in Atlanta:

Monday – Thursday: Breakfast at Atlanta High School. Lunch at each AISD campus & Fine Arts Building (across from McNoble Harper Park)

Friday: Breakfast at Atlanta High School only. Lunch at Atlanta High School & Fine Arts Building (across from McNoble Harper Park).

Breakfast will be served from 7:30am to 8:00am and lunch will be served from 11:00am to 12:30pm.

Meals MUST be consumed on site.

No take-outs allowed.

No form of ID is required, kids simply show up. The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture & Atlanta ISD.
