Culinary Arts Students Earn Servsafe Management Certification

Ending the year on a high note, four more students passed their Servsafe Management certification! Shayna Thomas, Katherine Rich, Amaya Mathews, and Avaya Lyons received their certificates last week. The Servsafe Management Program is a national program that provides foodservice employees with the training and education to ensure that restaurants stay on top of the various and changing regulatory requirements for every state. It also ensures that their certifications will prepare students to implement essential food safety practices. The test itself is a detailed 90-question test over materials learned throughout the management course. These students have worked hard to obtain this certification and should be commended!
